Come and enjoy a long weekend along the Rocky Mountain Front in Montana while staying at and exploring the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Ranch! Guests will arrive on Friday and join TRM Ranch manager Mike Briggs for a tour of the Ranch. Attractions along the tour include historic Native American tipi rings, the Old North Trail, Homestead sites, beautiful Dupuyer Creek, cattle grazing in the abundant grasslands and the occasional wildlife sighting. Later, join Director of Conservation Programs Luke Coccoli for a private fly-casting clinic and get geared up with everything you need to fly-fish along Dupuyer creek for rainbow, brook and cutthroat trout (all fishing gear provided.)
Saturday, plan to fish the day away or step out of the creek bottom to try your hand at sporting clays at the Palmer Shooting Sports Complex. If you're looking to stretch your legs grab a map and explore the adjacent Lewis and Clark National Forest and Bob Marshall Wilderness area just 3 miles from the Ranch's westernmost boundary. With Glacier National park just an hour drive north of the Ranch be sure to book a whitewater rafting trip or go exploring for some world-renowned huckleberries! This trip is abundant with opportunity and fully customizable based on your interests.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. The Boone and Crockett Club assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until the Boone and Crockett Club bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

Any bid made at a Boone and Crockett Club auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, on-line or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late.
Most goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by the Boone and Crockett Club, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold “AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the Boone and Crockett Club. The Boone and Crockett Club provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. The Boone and Crockett Club does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by the Boone and Crockett Club. The Boone and Crockett Club shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, the Boone and Crockett Club cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. The Boone and Crockett Club cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the state, province or country they are hunting.
