Two of you will go through the 5-night, 4-day SAAM Course of your choice!! Our instructors will help you improve your shooting/hunting skills with your own equipment being better prepared for that hunt of a lifetime. Most importantly, you will fully understand your shooting limitations. There are 4 days of SAAM. You will be shooting 240-260 rounds during SAAM. You will learn the effects of the environment on your ballistics and how to compensate on our “real world” ranges throughout the rugged FTW Ranch. You will spend a great deal of time in many challenging shooting scenarios and positions and learn how to use your own gear and surroundings to make great longer-range shots and learn how to be ready for dangerous game! Perfect for medium and big bore calibers! Bring 260 total of your hunting rounds, two guns max per shooter please.

The FTW Ranch encompasses over 12,000 acres of rugged hills and valleys in the southwest region of the Texas Hill Country. Our SAAM Instructors will help improve your shooting and/or hunting skills in realistic situations out to 500 yards.
SAAM Training courses specialize in training and preparing hunters of ALL levels for any worldwide hunting adventure, costly and dangerous or otherwise. Diverse ranges situated throughout the FTW Ranch, feature angled shooting, excellent wind calling opportunities and animated, life-size, interactive target systems – all of which are designed to sharpen skills, quicken reaction time and maintain alertness in the field.
The FTW Lodge is an 8,000 square foot facility and is equipped with wireless internet access, a guest phone line, entertainment equipment, TV, fireplace, comfy couches, a separate dining area and a customized bar built with rocks and cedar gathered from the Ranch.
After an intense day on the range many guests gather around the bar or fireplace in the evening to share stories of the day and relax. Guests may also congregate around the sunken fire pit on the patio, which is especially popular during the fall and winter months.
FTW Ranch has eleven private, well-appointed, comfortable guest cabins that are situated around the Lodge. All cabins feature an en-suite private bathroom, air-conditioning, and linens/towels.

Travel Details: Suggest flying into San Antonio arriving between 1 and 2 p.m., this will give you ample time to rent your vehicle and make the 3-hour drive. On the departure day, we suggest the same departure time.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. The Boone and Crockett Club assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until the Boone and Crockett Club bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

Any bid made at a Boone and Crockett Club auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, on-line or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late.
Most goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by the Boone and Crockett Club, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold “AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of the Boone and Crockett Club. The Boone and Crockett Club provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. The Boone and Crockett Club does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by the Boone and Crockett Club. The Boone and Crockett Club shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, the Boone and Crockett Club cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. The Boone and Crockett Club cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the state, province or country they are hunting.
