Sportsmen and sportswomen fund conservation, more so than any other group. While the purchase of hunting licenses and tags are but mere entry-level investments that all sportsmen make, someone has always stepped up and put a little something extra into the envelope for conservation. That someone has been the membership of the Boone and Crockett Club.
Another inescapable truth is this annual auction is in itself funding conservation at the highest level. From the donors to the purchasers, you are all unselfishly planting seeds for trees whose shade you may never rest under. That’s the nature of conservation. That’s the legacy of the Boone and Crockett Club.
